I decided to start my liquid diet 2 days early so I could be starving my first day on a weekend and wouldn't be distracted at work.
I had my "last meal" last night - went to Jake's Grill and had chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes - yum. I made a homemade apple pie and had a slice of that with a scoop of ice cream when we got home. I was stuffed like a dog tick LOL.
I haven't had my first shake yet - still working off last night's dinner, I guess.
